Spay Day

Just when I thought I was done with this whole surgery thing…

Don’t worry, this time it wasn’t my back! I had something done called a spay? My foster mom says it’s so I don’t have to worry about having any puppies of my own. I was excited to see some familiar doctor friends at Ludwigs Corner Vet. One of the surgeons who helped with my back offered to help with this surgery, too, since he knows me. I guess I’m just special

I had my spay surgery on Friday and have spent the last few days recovering. I have been getting lots of extra pets and snuggles from my foster parents. They also still tell me I’m a good girl everyday. I am sad that I can’t go out and play with my foster siblings again. My foster mom says that this won’t last as long as the last time. I just love running with them in the yard. Well, I just love being outside to begin with. I can’t wait to get back to running around, going on adventures, and having fun with my foster siblings.

Just a friendly reminder that I’m still on the search for my PYRfect forever home. So if you or someone you know loves everything about the Great Pyrenees breed but likes a compact version, I’m your girl! When I went to the vet, I only weighed 47 lbs! One may even call me a “Pocket Pyr”. Just another thing that makes me so unique.
